We disclaim all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the specific defective part covered by this warranty.

By authorizing repairs at Lucky Legend Automotive Services LLC, you agree to these Warranty & Disclaimer terms.

Limitation of Liability

If you believe a warranty concern exists, the vehicle should be brought back to Lucky Legend Automotive Services LLC in Denver, CO, at your convenience so we can inspect and determine if the issue is covered under our warranty. Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, on the original repair only.

If you choose not to bring the vehicle back to our shop, you may have it inspected at another mechanic shop that both you and Lucky Legend Automotive agree upon. In that case:

  • The selected shop may perform diagnostics and inspection only.

  • The shop must not remove, disassemble, repair, or alter the suspect part unless specifically authorized in writing by Lucky Legend Automotive Services LLC or by the applicable parts vendor.

  • If the shop performs unauthorized repairs or handling of the part, the warranty may be voided, and the vendor may refuse to accept the part for return or core credit.

The third‑party shop must provide clear, written documentation of their findings, including:

  • Inspection report,

  • Supporting photos, and

  • Any other information needed to support the warranty claim.

Lucky Legend Automotive Services LLC will review the documentation and determine whether the concern falls under our warranty coverage. If the claim is approved, we will provide the necessary repair instructions and documentation to support the warranty work, or we may require the vehicle to be returned to our facility for the repair.

Warranty work will only be covered if the issue is determined to be a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, as originally repaired by Lucky Legend Automotive Services LLC.

Warranty Claim Process

Per Colorado law, we provide written estimates for repairs over $25, and charges will not exceed the estimate by more than 10% without your consent.

Repair records are retained for 3 years to support warranty claims and service history.

Colorado Law & Record Retention

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, abuse, or neglect.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or improper use.

  • Failures resulting from repairs by another shop or person.

  • Customer‑supplied parts or most used/buy‑back parts.

  • Normal wear items (such as brake pads, wiper blades, belts, hoses, etc.), unless specifically warranted separately.

  • Damage caused by contamination, overheating, or related failures outside the original repair.

The warranty is void if:

  • The repaired system or component receives unauthorized alterations or repairs elsewhere.

  • The vehicle is not maintained according to manufacturer‑recommended maintenance schedules.

  • The original repair invoice is not available upon request.

What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)

We warrant our repairs for 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers both parts and labor for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use of your vehicle.

To receive warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

  • The vehicle must return to Lucky Legend Automotive Services LLC in Denver, CO, for inspection and repair.

  • The vehicle must have been maintained according to manufacturer‑recommended service intervals.

  • You must present the original repair invoice at the time of warranty service.

We will repair or replace defective parts covered by this warranty at no charge to you. Warranty coverage is non‑transferable and limited to the original cost of the repair.

Mechanical Repairs

If your vehicle remains with us after repairs are completed and you have been notified, storage fees may apply.

  • Starting on the 3rd day after notification that repairs are complete, storage fees will be charged at a rate of $175 per day.

  • If you do not authorize or return for an estimate within three business days of receiving it (excluding weekends, holidays, and days we are closed), storage fees may also begin to accrue from that point.

If your vehicle is left unclaimed for an extended period, we may exercise our lien rights and proceed with legal steps to recover unpaid charges, including potential sale or disposition of the vehicle in accordance with Colorado lien law.

Storage Fees

When you leave your vehicle with Lucky Legend Automotive Services LLC for repairs or estimates, you grant us possession and a mechanic’s lien on the vehicle for all authorized repair charges, parts, labor, and any applicable fees. This lien allows us to retain possession of the vehicle until payment is made in full, in accordance with Colorado law.

Leaving Your Vehicle With Us

Vehicle Liens & Storage Fees

If payment is not made as agreed, we may:

  • Maintain our mechanic’s lien on the vehicle.

  • Take legal action or pursue lien‑enforcement procedures (including storage, towing, or sale) to recover unpaid charges, in compliance with Colorado law.

By authorizing repairs at Lucky Legend Automotive Services LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these lien, storage, and payment terms.

Unpaid Balances & Lien Enforcement

Payment is due in full for all authorized repairs at the time of pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree to pay:

  • All charges shown on the repair order or invoice, including parts, labor, shop fees, storage, and any approved additional work.

  • Any storage fees that accrue after notification of completion, if you do not return within the allowed window.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

We do not accept checks.
